Online recording of your knowledge. This was some mutiple choice, short answer and speaking while being video recorded. These questions where over knowledge of tax laws and how to implement the laws in situations.

1 round interview on hirevue. it was pretty easy. basic tax questions. bot interview. wasn't too dificult. about 10 questions, and you are able to retake the video for each question once.
