Very thorough but calm and kind. They made a real effort at every stage to make me feel at ease. I had 3 interviews including a presentation in the last interview which I was really nervous about but it was very conversational and not too formal, which provided space for some very interesting chats. I thoroughly enjoyed each interview which I wasn't expecting as they are usually so nerve racking. Each interview was with a different set of people so it was also a good opportunity to meet more of my potential colleagues. I felt like their interview process cemented their culture of 'people first' which is what attracted me to them in the first place. Now I've been here over a month and it's just like I hoped it would be.

A lot of them were based on specific things I had included in my CV and they wanted to expand upon. In my presentation I had been provided with a slide to guide me in terms of what they wanted to know about which was very helpful. I also asked some questions to the HR team between my 2nd and 3rd interviews which were answered thoroughly and quickly and helped to shape my presentation

The interview started well but it became v uncomfortable once flexible working was raised. I felt “rushed out of the door” and wasn’t allowed to finish any answers (I’m over-qualified for the role).
A very generic rejection email followed, which is a real shame as one or two lines of feedback benefit candidates and the company isn’t too big that this isn’t possible.
Probably a great business with fab people - just a shame they make such snap decisions that are based on pre-conceived perceptions of a role rather than the potential of a candidate.
I hope they can learn from this feedback so they don’t miss out on talent.
People are increasingly looking for companies that want the right “person” not just a “role”.
