My experience with their interview process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It was by far the worst I've encountered. The interviewers seemed oblivious to what a respectful interview should entail. Instead of showing interest in getting to know me as a person, I felt like I was treated more as a commodity, bombarded with incessant questions seeking confidential information and sensitive data from my previous employers (their direct competitors). They showed little regard for establishing rapport, making the experience uncomfortable, and focused solely on extracting information. To make matters worse, after the interview, they completely ghosted me. When I followed up for feedback, they ignored my inquiry and weeks later, they said they had contacted someone "for references" and were not interested. All without my consent, which is highly unethical and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against investing your time in preparing for or interviewing with this company. Their conduct raises serious ethical concerns, particularly their disregard for candidate privacy and consent.
