I was very impressed with the professionalism, quick cadence and detailed interview process, down to the demo of the Da Vinci Xi System. Everyone I met with was was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely upbeat to be working at Intuitive. The recruiting staff was on top of every interview detail down to the offer.

The overall process took approximately 10 weeks to complete. It consisted of an initial phone screen, a Zoom interview, and two rounds of onsite interviews. During the process, the recruiter requested references. However, after checking with my references, I learned that they were never contacted. While I understand that the timeline may have been impacted by the holiday season, the overall duration of the process felt excessively long. Ultimately, I was not selected for the role, and the extended timeline combined with the lack of follow-through on references did not reflect a highly professional candidate experience.
