Normal project management questions- how do you organize a project? describe the product development process (overview/map)? Ability to influence, soft skills etc. There was more emphasis on application of project management concepts rather than theory, which is good!

It seems like there can sometimes be a disconnect between what recruiters believe candidates bring to the table and what hiring managers are ultimately looking for. The process can move either very fast or very slowly. I’ve gone through two different interview processes, and for one of them, I still haven’t heard back, and the role is still open.

Prescreened by hiring manager and recruiter. Interviewed with multiple panels that included peers, supervisors and management. Each group was for about 45 mins. A lot of open ended questions and wanted a lot of examples.
