It seems like there can sometimes be a disconnect between what recruiters believe candidates bring to the table and what hiring managers are ultimately looking for. The process can move either very fast or very slowly. I’ve gone through two different interview processes, and for one of them, I still haven’t heard back, and the role is still open.

The interview process was LONG Round 1 - 30 min Recruiter Screen Round 2 - Hiring Manager Screen Round 3 - Technical Challenge Round 4 - Panel to disucss technical challenge Round 5 - 9am to 3pm onsite with Presentation Round 6 - VP screen

Prescreened by hiring manager and recruiter. Interviewed with multiple panels that included peers, supervisors and management. Each group was for about 45 mins. A lot of open ended questions and wanted a lot of examples.
