First step is to meet with hiring manager, second is to meet with clinical manager, then a field ride and lastly meet with a senior manager. Depending on when they are looking to hire, can be a pretty quick process.
Professional and transparent process. Many interesting insights just by going to first and second interview. Very relaxed and inclusive approach both recruiter and hiring manager. I learn a lot and they were quick getting back between interviews and decisions.
