I prepared for this interview more than any other in my life and was prepared for all the questions they asked for a two hour period of time with a 15 minute break. They were kind and personable, nothing very technical. I don't think I could have done better, they gave me no feedback after the fact it just came down to the fact that the other candidates had more experience. If you are going to take this on be cognizant of how competitive this position is.
