Phone interview is the first round,which is straight forward. Followed by a one on one with the hiring manager, where you dive into the day to day and what is expected of the role.

One 45 minute zoom interview. Fairly relaxed, just me and HR manager. Some questions about me as a person, others regarding my experience in sales. She also gave a short spiel on all the duties that the job would encompass.
