Hiring process was worst and no proper internal communication in the hr team which leads to dissatsifaction to the candidate. need to improve the hiring process workflow. worst part was CTC negotiation and can't trust the company

Entrevista
Very unprofessional and rude. The interviewer did not even show his face in the Microsoft team's meeting. he was intimidated by my profile. I think people like him should never be on the interview panel.

The guy who interviewed me asked me to show the cloud formation templates I built with my previous company. he also said amazon sneaks into the profiles of candidates and views the work they did for other companies. Extremely scary.
