It was just very disjointed from the HR perspective. I'd get asked if I was "available at 4pm today?" Then, "wait, that's booked, how about 4:30 today? How about 5pm today?" Not much respect for the candidate. I also met with the CEO and was told by him that they'd schedule one more call in the next day or two, and that just never happened. Again, not really giving any consideration to the candidate. The interviewers didn't take any time to introduce themselves or the company, just dove right in. Not very personable.
