Initial screening: 3 recorded videos about your current status, any projects and languages you’ve worked on, and lastly, if you have any experience in AI/ML.
Group call with other candidates as well as the CEO and hiring manager. They go over the role and responsibilities. Then a final assessment.
I would not recommend wasting your time interviewing with Invences. They claim to be an IT solutions company but they’re really a consultancy. 6 months unpaid training which is required in person. After 6 months you MAY be placed on a project. It’s is not guaranteed. If you choose to work at different company, you will be required to pay Invences 20% of your base salary for the unpaid training they gave you.
Nice interviewer. It is kind of pleasure that you can literally tolarate with the interviewer. Good surrounding and literally had some good space of work where you can explore everything
