External recruiter contacted me based on my linked in profile and we agreed to interview.
We met with the recruiter and hiring manager, where they explained me the job description and company procesess and benefits.
After few days they called me, offering much lower salary then I asked for. I told them I am able to meet them in the middle, but they still offered little less than that. I agreed, hoping I will be able to get more once I prove myself. Then external recruiter informed me, that the company's HR does not send contract offer through mail and when I told him I will not hand my notice at current company until I see the contract, he told me that the HR will send it to me next day.
Now it is 3rd day I still didnt recieve it, and I am decided that even if they send it to me I will turn it down.
