I had one interview of which had two stages, first they asked general interview questions and they also asked us to prepare a presentation. They sent out an email detailing what you had to do, which is straight forward but relies on your creativity and presentation skills.

It was a two stage interview: 1 - generic interview asking about relevant experience and general qualities 2 - I was asked to create a presentation of how I would plan and manage a programme.
