Had there interviews. 2 phone interviews with HR that were basic personality questions - strengths/ weaknesses etc. One interview with the group which wasn't even an interview just listened to the two guys talk for a while and they barely asked me any questions about myself. Then found out the position is hourly pay... seriously for a CRE Analyst at a bank in NYC they should be offering a lot more.
