Spoke on the phone with two of the development team leaders. The interview lasted 90 minutes. Longest I've ever done. Both men asked me technical questions about cloud computing, Networking and really tested my knowledge on technical aspects the job might have. Both were professional, but it felt like more of an exam than it did an interview for the job itself. In addition to that, they also told me about the company and about themselves and what they do and what the job was going to be like. After the interview I didn't hear back from the recruiter or the team leader until 6 weeks later and they wanted me to have an interview with the CEO. This however was never scheduled and the company dragged their feet on the whole process. I did not take the second interview. I had already accepted another position for a different company. Lack of communication really hurt their chances.
