Overly long and then nothing. Started with a recruiter interview with all the normal HR questions around technical background skills, etc. After that, I had a second round with the hiring manager. Bit more involved, but nothing about the technical aspect of the role. Told me there would be a third interview if I moved forward. Got an email a few days later asking to schedule a third interview. Gave my schedule and then proceeded to hear nothing for 3 weeks other than stalling emails, until I decided to remove myself from the process.
