I had a group phone call with all of the trainers and the owner. They asked me questions and wanted to discuss the job. Then they have you complete a ride along, like a shadow, of one of the active trainers.

The Operations Manager was very friendly, chatted about my cover letter/resume and spoke with me about my past experiences. He, in turn, described the operation of his company and questioned me regarding processes to ensure my own familiarity with certain aspects of the operation of this company. He described the environment, and expectations, and allowed me to ask further questions.
