      Long (1 hour), then you get an email for next assigment. It was quite difficult, it has 4 segments (reading, listening, speaking and writting). I passed but declined next interview, because why so much time for low pay and not sure if I will get a job

      Test and interview. The test was hefty from written test then psychometric test then if you passed it you will get an interview. The interview process usually begins with submitting an application, followed by an initial screening (often a phone or video call with HR). Successful candidates may then face one or more rounds of interviews—technical, behavioral, or panel-based—depending on the role. Some companies include assessments (tests, case studies, or coding challenges). References are checked before or after final interviews. If selected, the candidate receives an offer, negotiates terms, and completes background checks. Finally, onboarding begins. The process varies by company, role, and industry, taking anywhere from a few weeks to several months.

In addition, there was a reading component where I was asked to read a text aloud. This part of the process aimed to evaluate pronunciation, fluency, and overall clarity in the language. Overall, the process was more performance-based, centered on demonstrating comprehension and communication abilities in real time rather than responding to traditional interview questions.
