They use test gorilla, answer questions and record yourself with an intro. But after submitting you won’t even hear back until 2-3 months later. Suddenly I got emails saying I got approved. Then there are more assessments and certifications I had to go through but they said there are no projects anymore. The hiring process is seriously disorganized…not sure if it’s worth the time

I’ve completed two tests so far. Each question had its own timer — for example, one MSQ was limited to 50 seconds, and there were ten MCQs timed similarly. This way, instead of the normal 15 minutes for 15 MCQ it was 1 min for MCQ

Cada uno dura 1 hora más allá de ser bastante straightforward es molesto tener que dedicar 3 horas a esto sin hablar ni con un humano.

Primero realizas test de idiomas, luego, de rendimiento cognitivo, y si es necesario, pruebas específicas para tu cargo. Rápidamente te van notificando cada vez que apruebas cada etapa. En ocasiones puedes realizar entrevista con un funcionario o inteligencia artificial
