Arduous and unclear, i kept getting punted around to different jobs. Didn't ever fully understand what i was being interviewed for. They didn't seem to be able to know what to do with the talent they had. Some of the interviewers felt like they had stockholm syndrome.

Very bizarre right from the start. They have absolutely irrelevant and pretentious questions on their application (like if you had a boat would you be the navy or a pirate and why]. They think that's edgy but it's just stupid. Somehow I got an interview (3 of them]. Their recruiter ghosted me when they were supposed to call me. Then a couple weeks later a different recruiter reached out, as if nothing had happened, and scheduled an interview. I did that interview plus two more. None of them were the hiring manager and nobody could explain the org chart or where this position sits. Then I got an unceremonious auto rejection email. Really bizarre, and if this is how they treat hiring, I can't imaging it's much better once you're in.
