Firstly, it was on Sunday. Raises immediate questions about the company's culture. Why is this happening on Sunday? Is this normal? Does it indicate poor planning, desperation, or a toxic work-life balance?
Secondly, the interviewer was not a Java developer. A major red flag about the role/team structure. Why is a non-Java developer conducting a core technical interview for a Java role? Poor resourcing, lack of technical leadership, or misunderstanding of the role's needs.

How do you manage memory manually with malloc/free?
First interview was with the HR. Second interview was technical interview. Problem solving, DSA, DB etc. Third interview was with the again technical. Fourth and final with CEO. Next they offered me and I accepted.

Entrevista
I was reached out by a recruiter for the position of Social Media Specialist. The first interview was scheduled online. It was then cancelled just a few hours before the interview without providing any explanation. The interview was scheduled again and it was cancelled again. Then it was scheduled for the third time. The manager of the marketing team took the interview and I was informed that HR would inform me about the next steps. After a week I reached out to the recruiter via call and I was told that the position is on hold. The experience was quite frustrating tbh. No respect was given for my time.
