Interview with panel of three, hiring manager first, then direct contributor, and director. HR was very transparent and gave full context for each interview, also provided a debrief at the finish of the panel. Great marks for communication and organization, would interview with them again.

Entrevista
Invoca had a 4 part interview process. The first was with the recruiter, the second was with the accounting manager, the third was with their controller, and the last interview was with their CFO. The process was long but the one thing that stood out to me was that after that last interview, I never heard back from them. At four rounds in, you’ve built a relationship with the company. Not closing the loop shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time. It’s not just “rude”—it can be a red flag about how the company values employees and communicates internally.

Only made it through two steps.
Recruiter interview was great. She was super enthusiastic, and wanted me to speak to the hiring manager ASAP.
When I got to the hiring manager, she was absolutely not interested in speaking to me. Didn't make much eye contact over Zoom, didn't engage in any small talk to start the conversation. They are still looking to fill this role months later.
Huh, wonder why?
