The technical interview felt outdated. The interviewer presented a form with questions that seemed vague and couldn't be answered in 30 minutes. I thought I could provide this feedback - there are better ways to assess a candidate's technical skills more holistically than through a questionnaire-style that to MCQ - felt a bit like entrance exam.
