I had a 30 minute phone with a Recruiter, they asked about my background, qualifications, why IonQ and a few high level technical questions. The recruiter explained to me what to expect throughout the interview process.
Next, 1 hour video interview with the department lead. This was a more technical in-depth conversation about the specifics of the positions, my experience and how I would go about the microfabrication process and working with suppliers.
Last, panel presentation video interview followed by 1:1's with members of the panel.
