2 days of interviews almost 4 hours each
10 people involved in the process (over-kill). Same questions asked by everyone. Mentally exhausting. Not sure if hiring manager isn’t confident in making a decision with fewer individuals involved for a good fit to their team. Not necessary for a coordinator candidate to meet with the heads of the department let alone EVERY department members.
Referral and internal candidate within the department were part of the interview. Internal received offer. Not great practice. Completely conflict of interest!!!
Prob the worst interview experience as great as the benefits and campus is.

The goal of having you interview with many people is to ensure you get to know the team you are potentially working with and that you are a culture fit.
