The process was smooth but the interviewers seemed unprepared for what they were hiring for. Maybe because its a new role, im not sure. I hope the company is not like this as a whole, but usually the interview process is indicitvate of how a company functions

1 - échange téléphonique de 15/20 min 2 - échange RH d'1h en visio ou présentiel 3 - échange technique sous forme de pair programming en présentiel dans nos nouveaux bureaux grand place de Lille si possible
- Received a codingGame coding test. It was not difficult. The platform shows current score above 88%. The recruiter said: you didn't get that score , it's way below and didn't give me the exact score. I wanted to learn what went wrong but the feedback that I got but the non-professional recruiter's way of answering my questions and the wrong evaluation done by that platform made me consider that experience as the worst interview experience ever.
