interview process was split into 3 parts over the course of 2 weeks: 1. telephone interview w/ HR; 2. analytical & written exam taken at the campus (timed for 45 min); 3. on the same day as exam, had 1:1 interview on campus with multiple leads from different departments

The interview was fair. Though I had prepared for a competency test but unfortunately it was more of general conversation asking questions about my background and my country. It felt as though I was not being interviewed for the job I applied for rather the interviewer was more focused on my background from a developing country
