Applied online then a telephone interview was arranged followed by induction session in London. Quite a rigorous induction but difficult to grasp all that is required in the job from this. There is a lot of learning on the job and good support. I'm not yet sure if the targets are realistic or not.

The interview process is through a telephone call from the recruitment department. The recruitment department will ask you about your past employment history and why you want to join the company.
