Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Ipsos (Chicago, IL).
Entrevista
Was very organized- but at the same time was mixed with parts that were formal- and also informal. A lot of the time was spent asking about my past work experiences and things that were almost a bit too monotonous. I met with multiple people, but what was a bit off-putting was that it seemed that they were trying to hire someone who could perform well in an environment with very little structure and continuous levels of management. At the end, I took a test that was very straight forward- but was 100% irrelevant to the position that I was interviewing for- and realistically should have been administered on a computer rather than by hand.
I would have felt much more comfortable interviewing with only 2-3 people- 9 people in one interview allows for too much variation of opinion- especially when some of them are just over a conference call.

Entrevista
It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.

Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
