I had to take 10 to 15 minute tests to check my abilities in power point, excel, desk research, translation, and basic marketing and had interview afterwards. The person who interviewed me asked a lot of questions regarding my past experience and what I want to experience through this role. Overall it was a positive experience. I got the result back after two days

The interview was fair. Though I had prepared for a competency test but unfortunately it was more of general conversation asking questions about my background and my country. It felt as though I was not being interviewed for the job I applied for rather the interviewer was more focused on my background from a developing country
