Why do I continue to torture myself applying for jobs at this company? I went through a screening interview with a recruiter. At the end of the interview he told me he felt my qualitative background would be wasted in the job I applied for, but there was another job he wanted to recommend me for, he just needed to speak to the group that was hiring about their plans. It is now a full month later and I haven't heard anything back from them despite following up. This happens to me all the time with Ipsos. The say they are going to do something and then they ghost you. This time I've learned my lesson. No matter how much my skills are match for a position they are posting, I will no longer be sucked into applying.
