Had an initial discussion with a person from HR. After that they sent me a link to a technical test. That was followed by a HR interview that I did not pass.

There were 2 interviews - 1 with the HR and 1 with a Team Leader and a Manager. The first interview was a technical one - I had 2 exercises where I had to implement in a OOP language 2 medium difficulty algorithms about sorting an array, 1 exercise about an easy HTML task and 1 medium difficulty HTML and JavaScript exercise considering implementing a window with text, picture, radio buttons and collecting the selected answers. On the first interview I also had 5 - 7 easy IQ questions and a exercise in which I had to make a blockschema of a decripted sequence of actions. The second interveiw was a meeting with the manager. We discussed my experience, my professional goals, the job they were seeking people for, the responsibilities of the position, work time.
