The positioning talks up a hybrid model but the reality is a rigid, hierarchical and outdated consulting culture. Interview was cold and dismissive with no opener and zero intros. Interview kicked off 'why Strategy3?' Bait-and-switch questions throughout. Insight was ignored. And the passive aggressive and condescending tone made it clear they aren't open to range. No thank you.
Clear and pretty straight forward. Process involved a couple of conversations with hiring manager, team directors and a few follow-ups. The interviewers are friendly and objective - they provide you with a very fair opportunity to showcase yourself.
