Interview process was a mix of in person and teams, my direct manager was in the room while the head of the department was on teams (he is based in Scotland) which i think was brilliant as i got to meet all the management. Interview as a whole was brilliant. Nice, relaxed and informal. Both the interviewers were great. The company and job role were explained in good detail.
