The interview with Marissa Curry was a very positive one! She was personable, answered all of my questions and explained things well, and most importantly she assured me that Ireland supports its employees in any way that's needed.

Detailed, and every effort is made into making sure possible new hires will understand the role. A ride a long is also a part of the process I believe and it allows you to go along with someone in the field and you can ask questions and really see if it's for you.
