I received a phone call after I submitted my application online. We discussed the position and company, then I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. When I arrived, we went further into detail about the position and the expectations. The information was thorough and I walked away with knowledge about the position.

Quick phone interview verifying working conditions would be comfortable for me and that I can meet basic job requirements. She described the traveling requirements, reimbursement and possibility for a company vehicle.
She asked about my level of comfort in dirty or unkempt homes.
