The first round interview was about 5 minutes with the president of the company. She gave me a brief description of the company and what they did. She asked a lot of questions about me and then called me later that evening to invite me back for a second round interview. The second round interview was with a senior account manager. It was a thorough walk through of a day in the life on the job. At the end of the interview the senior account manager prompted me for the 3rd round interview informing me there were three questions Katelyn would ask me: why the company? Why me? And potential start date if I were offered the job.
