The 1st interview is to get to know you as a person rather than just judging you by the resume. The 2nd interview you actually get to shadow an account manager at the retail location and see what you will be doing, something most companies rarely do. And when you sit down to go over the overview of the company, its a very candid conversation about the growth opportunity, pay and cycle of development, which i appreciated immensely.
