Do not invest your time applying to this employer. Should you get contacted to coordinate time for an interview, good luck on it actually happening. I applied to this role very early morning on 10/11, I was shocked and excited to hear back that same afternoon to schedule an interview. I responded providing my availability, and received no response. I followed-up on 10/16 providing my availability for that week. I received a response stating the following, “ Thanks for the reply! I apologize for my delayed response! I was out of the office and things became busy. I will be sure to reach out via phone during one of those times before end of day Friday, thank you! Your patience is appreciated!” Confused by this as I’ve never once in my career had a potential employer not set up a dedicated time to meet with me. This was a red flag, as I felt like the company did not value my time. Nonetheless, I kept a look out for their call. EOD Friday comes and no call received, not Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. I followed-up on 10/23, “ Circling back on my continued interest in this opportunity. I don’t believe I received a missed call from you last week. As my schedule changes, would it be possible for us to set a time to meet vs calling me based on the available time windows I provide? I look forward to your response.” Today 10/31 I received this, “ Thanks for taking the time to apply! Unfortunately, we are moving forward with another candidate. Please stay close to our careers page for future opportunities, thanks!” I never take the time to provide feedback on Glassdoor, but I am so disappointed in this experience, just terrible.
