After submitting my CV I got a call from the HR department, asking for some clarifications concerning my years of experience with specific technologies like .NET Core, Kafka, etc. Later I received an email invitation for the technical interview and an application form that I was asked to fill out, sign, and send back. The technical interview should have lasted 40 minutes according to the calendar event, however, after 40 minutes another interviewer jumped into the call and started asking additional questions. I had another interview in 20 minutes and as the time was approaching it was more and more difficult for me to concentrate on the questions because I was feeling that I will be late for the next one. To sum up, I can say that the interview was not organized well. We did not manage to finish it as I told them about being late for another call. They just didn't get back to me and didn't even send a rejection email.
