There was an initial screening interview via video call with an overview of the company, the position, and the basics of the role. Following this there was a timed technical assessment (1 hour time limit). This assessment was less of a case study and more of questions regarding the information presented. Following the technical assessment there was a secondary interview phase with the VP of Operations and a team member in the role.
