Meet in a large group meeting then dwindle it down to one on one interviews and if they like you, you get hired. It was a good process and I enjoyed how quickly they got back to me.

Entrevista
After submitting an application, you sit with management for an interview. It's fairly informal. Despite the questions they ask, they seem most interested in personality and cultural fit. The shooting season can be grueling and they want people who will stick it out and work well with others and can be patient with children.
