2 online interviews, very casual and down to earth. Both interviews helped with understanding more about the role and the interviewers took time to listen and understand my current situation.

Entrevista
First I was contacted by some from HR to go over the position. The conversation was very laid back. She went over my resume and asked me additional questions . Then I was scheduled for a phone interview with a supervisor over the phone. During the phone interview I answered several questions about previous work experience. After that phone interview I was scheduled for an in person interview. After I arrived I was asked to check in at the front desk. I briefly spoke to the HR lady and an additional person. Then I was taken to meet the actual interviewers. Who were 2 supervisors who asked me a lot of questions based on “tell me about a time when” scenarios etc. At one point I felt like i was being interviewed for a manager position or something higher. After that intense interview I was taken to listen to actual calls for about 10-15 min. Afterwards, I met yet another supervisor. Spoke to her about my desired pay etc. Then the HR lady came to get me and took me with her to go over the benefits. I received a call with an offer after a day or so. I didn’t take it because I felt it was too much of a hassle during the interview process and the pay didn’t measure up after all that process and the 2 interviewers. I was not impressed with them at all.
