I was interviewed twice by the IS Director, Systems Engineer and Network Engineer. In the second interview, a Director from another department joined us. Both interviews lasted about 20 minutes. There were no difficult technical questions, but there were questions about my work ethic, organizational skills, interests and background. It took a surprisingly long time between when I submitted my application and resume on the Island Hospital website to when I received a call back for an interview. I learned later that they hold off calling anyone until they have all applications and the opening has been closed. Then they invited everyone in for interviews in a short time.
