I interviewed for a Senior Scientist position at Isogenica. The first round was the interview with two senior people. In the next stage, I was asked to visit onsite and deliver a 20 min presentation on a given topic of their interest. Very intense questioning and a lack of organisation. Directly followed by a technhical round with many people, Got constantly bombarded with questions which took around 30-40 min. Directly followed by interview with 5-6 team members for 45 min. In the end, had a meeting with CEO for 30 min. Some of the questions didn't make sense.

Endless no of questions on technical and personality fit. Most of which were irrelevant. Their expectations were unrealistic for the advertised position.
