Not very hard. Pretty easy. I got an offer but accepted a higher paying job. They just ask a few questions on the phone, then you go to the office and they ask more questions. Usually you can tell if they like you or not by the way they talk. Its a smaller business so its a pretty laid back interview process. No technical questions.

The interview was rather informal and friendly. I talked to two senior people and had a long conversation about the technical aspect of the job. All the questions were fair and I thought I did well.
