Depending on the position you wish to require in Issta, the interview is of course different. You can apply for positions through the website, but a lot of them aren't published, since they are offered first to employees who wish to change a position or to climb further to a management positions. For most positions, you will first have a short telephonic interview with the HR manager. Followed by an invetation for an interview with the head of the department you wish to start working for. In some positions, you may have to take a group interview and go through a 2-3 weeks course to learn how to work on the systems and the basics of the job (especially for travel agents).
