I had a great experience interviewing at Iterable. Iterable is not one of those companies that will need you to remember complex algorithms and they won't make you code while you're super-duper under pressure.
Goal of an interview is to judge not only the technical but also communication and analytical skills. I think Iterable did a great job in doing that.
I had some great conversations with employees and was interviewed by people who were going to be on my team if I was hired. Overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend Iterable to anyone looking for a job with an awesome company!

Signed a NDA so I can't disclose, but don't worry too much about grinding Leetcode or anything. As long as you're good at coming up with solutions to normal problems you will be fine. They wanna see your thinking and optimizations behind problems, you don't necessarily have to come up with perfect code during the interview time.
