interview was with a committee of about 6 people who represented different stakeholders, such as administrators, teachers, board members, parent and union representative. No students were present, which I was disappointed in. The only hard thing about interviewing with a panel/committee, is that you don't really know who to make eye contact with when you are answering a question. Do you look at the person who asked it, or someone else? I just kept my eyes moving around the room, looking at everyone at some point in the process.
